We moved into a home a year ago that had previously installed pleated window blinds in the windows by Blinds and Designs. A couple of days ago our bedroom window curtain quit working and would not roll back up. I called Blind and Designs and the people were great. They told me I could either bring the curtain in to the store and they would fix it or they would come out, but that required a home charge fee. We took the curtain in after they had given me directions on how to remove it. Dan came out to the front of the store and basically everyone in the store was involved, to some degree in helping us. Dan inspected the curtain assembly and discovered a broken part and fixed it right there. He did not charge me anything to do so and all the workers there were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Blinds and Designs of Fletcher, NC for any type of blinds. Their web site is very comprehensive. 5 stars from us.
Blinds and Designs is terrific. Upon moving here, we called them, had a meeting where numerous options were suggested and explored. The sales call and installation were professional (and Covid compliant) and we are very happy!
